# Cannot insert URL

 * Hello,
 * we are using the free version of the wpbdp Plugin.
    I noticed that a new customer
   cannot enter his WebSite URL upon Frontend Submission…here: [http://mypage/businessdirectory/?action=submitlisting&sltype=1](http://mypage/businessdirectory/?action=submitlisting&sltype=1)
 * The field is there in the backend (page=wpbdp_admin_formfields), and it has the“
   Optional” and “In Excerpt” Markers…but in the Frontend it’s missing. Why is that?

 * That is a setting in the field itself. Go to Directory > Form Fields and choose
   edit, then you will see the box to tick to allow HTML in the field.
