# Cannot install addons

 * Hi,
 * I cannot install addons even though I have the Pro version. The error message
   that came out is as below.
 * “**There was an error installing the addon, To receive automatic updates license
   activation is required. Please visit [settings](https://iremya.com/guru/wp-admin/admin.php?page=wpamelia-settings&activeSetting=activation)
   to activate Amelia.. Please try again. If you are still having issues, please
   contact our support team.**“
 * I’m not sure why the message that appeared is on Amelia when I’m trying to install
   MonsterInsights addon? Is it because the plugin I got is faulty/old?
