# Cannot install or open wordpress

 * Hello everyone i am new to word press and have crazy difficulty i am using windows
   10 . i bought a domain name and wanted to build a website so i created a digital
   ocean account and the domain is hosting there iv created though them a wordpress
   droplet . i downloaded word press and all internet videos simply show someone
   logging in and boom dashboard is there for them to use their plugins, i have 
   tube ace plugin for my themes and editing , i cant open word press except for
   the site i am on here and i am on Word Press.com also there is nothing i can 
   do there , wp-config.sample file i have done to correct to the best of my knowledge
   and saved it as wp-config.php i dont know what is wrong and its killing me. i
   have all word press files downloaded on my computer but there is no RUN or set
   up like a normal download how it is just all files , i am really lost and in 
   need of help, if anyone can help via whatsapp thats fine with me,
