# Cannot install plugin

 * Hello,I cannot install the plugin. I always get this message
 * “Installation failed: Could not copy file. wc-frontend-manager/assets/fonts/font-
   awesome/webfonts/fa-regular-400.woff”
 * each time i try installing.
    how can i rectify it.

 * Please install directly from WP directory.

 * Yes I tried that too, still same result.
    I even tried deactivating all my plugins
   to install it, still not working. Sometimes it shows “cannot copy directory”

 * But this plugin does not copy anything during installation.
 * Possibly you are having this issue due to wp installation folder permission.
 * Kindly talk to your hosting provider.
