 * That looks like your hosting company either doesn’t support PHP, or they have
   the server set to download PHP files instead of process them. The only people
   that can help you are your hosting company, so contact them and ask them for 
   help.

 * Try running an index.php with some basic text or just a title to see if PHP itself
   is working or not.
