# Cannot Install WP- Get error 403 message

 * I cannot install wordpress through my domain name [http://www.esotericglamour.com ](http://esotericglamour.com)
   as I keep getting error message 403 (you tried to access a document for which
   you don’t have privileges)
 * I have uploaded the folder “wordpress” via ftp using filezilla. I have changed
   all the file permissions for every file to 755. I have tried to upload a separate
   file (ladies.html) to check there is no problem with the domain name- that’s 
   fine, I can see that file fine. I have also uploaded the same file to the wp-
   admin folder at [http://www.esotericglamour.com/wordpress/wp-admin/ladies.html ](http://www.esotericglamour.com/wordpress/wp-admin/ladies.html)
   which also works fine but as soon as I try and open any of the wordpress files,
   I get the same error message.
 * I’m going mad…… Please help!

 * I’ve also noticed that upon returning to filezilla and checking the files permissions
   of the main directory (/.), they are set to xxx. As soon as I change the permissions
   it changes them back immediately to xxx.

   wordpress:
