# Cannot Install/upload WordPress Theme..!!

 * Dear All,
 * I am a newbie to wordpress. Running my own business and needed a website for 
   the purpose. Made a very basic one but its lacking a spark so i decided to go
   off for a better one. I downloaded this theme “Crystalline 10” which is 43 mb
   in size but when ever i try to upload it, it wont upload. it uploads around 2%
   and then screen goes “webpage isnt available”. i have been trying to upload it
   for quite some days now but no success. Your help would be highly appreiated 
   if you can help me out in uploading/ troubleshooting the problems. Thanks

 * Crystalline theme is not listed in the WP theme repository.
 * SO, your best bet is to contact the theme’s vendor.
