# cannot issue refund from plugin

 * I cannot issue a refund from the **WooCommerce PayPal Payments** plugin.
 * It will not let me enter the refund amount and I cannot go any further.
 * To issue a refund I have to go to the the PP website.

 * First, please ensure that you have the latest version of the plugin installed.
   If you’re still unable to enter the refund amount, try deactivating and reactivating
   the plugin.
