Cannot load website on desktop

This is a problem we cannot seem to rectify :
We cannot load our site – sitebubble.com on our desktop. We are getting a 404 error after installing a SSL Wildcard certificate.

However:
– we can access the site on any other device and browser
– any external visitor can visit our website on any device and browser.

It is just our own personal access on desktop that we cannot resolve. We have tried clearing the caches, etc but so far have been unsuccessful.Does anyone know of a solution to this problem?
