I too am experiencing problems, and I’ve been using Under Construction for over a year and have never experienced anything like it. I probably shouldn’t have done this but I had deleted the plugin, via FTP, hoping this would delete the plugin which would bounce back to the original state of the site, but nope, it is still not letting me login to WP-admin and is redirecting me to another page on my site! If you deleted UCP via FTP (which is fine and one of the ways you can deinstall it), then it can no longer affect your site in any way.
Your theme or some other plugin is controlling the custom login behaviour.
Okay so in another words I’m going to have to go down the list of plugins. I’ll try to figure out which one. Thanks.
I found the culprit, thank goodness I didn’t have to go through every single plugin, just had to think for a minute on which one was the last plugin I had uploaded. Thanks again.

I am using the7 theme.
Rename of plugin folder not solve problem (You can see page but loging to admin panel not working). Below URL

Hi,
If you have renamed the UCP folder and the problem remains then UCP is not the problem. Once the plugin is deactivated (by renaming its folder) it can no longer affect the site in any way.
Have you tried resetting the password?
