# Cannot Login After Adding Store Plugin

 * Hi.

   and last week I added a plugin to create a store to sell products. I had not 
   done any editing or modifying of the plugin yet.
 * Ever since I added it I have not been able to log into my profile.
 * When I get to this page the website is blank or gives a http 500 error message:
   [http://www.voiceinrecovery.com/blog/wp-admin/](http://www.voiceinrecovery.com/blog/wp-admin/)
 * I wish I could delete the plugin, or make it inactive but I cannot even access
   the dashboard to be able to do this.
 * I am not sure what to do – but at this point the store plugin has sort of crashed
   all pages on my website. No matter what page I click on it takes me to the “products
   page”.
 * Does anyone know what I can do to delete this plugin or login? I wish I could
   remember which wordpress store plug in I used, but I dont and am unsure how to
   even look to find that info out without being able to access my dashboard.
 * I am not really familiar with coding, and am willing to let someone else help
   back door enter to help me!

 * Connect to the site using ftp or your hosting control panel file exporer. You
   can navigate to wp-content/plugins & delete the offending plugin manually
