# Cannot login to dashboard after changing from http to https in settings

 * I changed the domain from http:// to https:// in WordPress from Settings and 
   now I get an error and can’t access the admin page. It says
 * **An error occurred.**
 * Sorry, the page you are looking for is currently unavailable.
   Please try again
   later.
 * If you are the system administrator of this resource then you should check the
   error log for details.

 * How can I fix this?

 * I use a program called navicat to query / update MySQL databases. You may want
   to use that, or something else, to open the wp_options table.
 * The first two rows (siteurl and home) may still have http in the URL. Try changing
   that to https and see if that resolves the issue.

 * On wp-config.php, I rewrote the home & site URLs to the original ones. This has
   fixed my issues for subdirectories appearing with an error saying
 * **An error occurred.**

 * However, I still cannot access to my dashboard. I have used both wp-admin and
   wp-login.php as I tried to access my dashboard, but it didn’t work. Can you help

 * stupid question, but have you installed a SSL certificate? Not having it should
   not produce that issue but not having the SSL installed could be an issue…
