# Cannot loging after using dvanced wordpress reset

 * I need some urgent help.
 * I used the plugin ‘Advanced WordPress reset’ and followed the WBBeginner tutorial
   on Youtube via [https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Wyb27TqchmA](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Wyb27TqchmA).
 * Now since the reset my admin user is no longer recognized and I cannot login.
   I followed the tutorial as proposed in the video [https://www.wpbeginner.com/wp-tutorials/how-to-add-an-admin-user-in-wordpress-using-ftp/](https://www.wpbeginner.com/wp-tutorials/how-to-add-an-admin-user-in-wordpress-using-ftp/)
   but it didn’t work.
 * Now after some attempts to solve the issue I cannot access the login page at 
   all anymore and it shows 403 Forbidden error.
 * Please I need your help urgently.

 * Very weird! The plugin resets all the database except the current logged in user
   with its current password.
 * Do you have access to your phpmyadmin? I can help you create a new admin user.
