# Cannot Modify Header Information

 * I’m getting this error message on the top of my blog:
 * Warning: Cannot modify header information – headers already sent by (output started
   at /home/krisdele/public_html/index.php:1) in /home/krisdele/public_html/wp-content/
   plugins/wp-greet-box/includes/wp-greet-box.class.php on line 489
 * When I get to the admin URL
    [http://krisdeleon.com/wp-admin](http://krisdeleon.com/wp-admin)
 * I get the following message:
 * Warning: Cannot modify header information – headers already sent by (output started
   at /home/krisdele/public_html/wp-admin/index.php:1) in /home/krisdele/public_html/
   wp-includes/pluggable.php on line 866
 * What can I do to solve this issue?

 * [FTP](http://codex.wordpress.org/FTP_Clients) into your site (or use whatever
   file management application your host provides) and delete the wp-content/plugins/
   wp-greet-box folder.

 * Thanks Esmi. I deleted it, and removed the warning message on my blog ([http://krisdeleon.com](http://krisdeleon.com)).
 * However, the [http://krisdeleon.com/wp-admin](http://krisdeleon.com/wp-admin)
   still says the following message:
    Warning: Cannot modify header information –
   headers already sent by (output started at /home/krisdele/public_html/wp-admin/
   index.php:1) in /home/krisdele/public_html/wp-includes/pluggable.php on line 
   866
 * Let me know what to change, as I don’t want to delete the wrong thing. Thank 
   you!
