Cannot modify header information etc. Problem after add widgets to functions.php

    in my mod of simplicitybright theme i would like to add a widgets

    in FUNCTIONS.php i paste this:

    but sins then i have worrnings while i try to do new posts or sites like this:

    Warning: Cannot modify header information – headers already sent by (output started at C:\Program Files\WebServ\httpd\aktywni\wp-content\themes\simplicitybright\functions.php:1) in C:\Program Files\WebServ\httpd\aktywni\wp-includes\classes.php on line 1601

    i search in codex but i dont know how to fix this…
    could anybody help me with this ?
