# Cannot modify header information for SOME users?

 * Hello all,
    Im designing my theme from scratch, which Im new to. It was all going
   well until today, when I tried to access the site/wp-admin I got a screen of 
   this:
 * Warning: Cannot modify header information – headers already sent by (output started
   at /home/hayesmat/public_html/gazaguide/wp-content/themes/gazaguide/functions.
   php:6) in /home/hayesmat/public_html/gazaguide/wp-includes/pluggable.php on line
   850
 * There isnt a line 850 in my index.php code (That might not be the problem, bare
   in mind Im new to this) so I went looked online, seems to be a fairly common 
   problem. Many people advised removing activated plugins, which I did (not via
   wp-admin), however Im still getting this error message.
 * What’s weirder is, some people CAN still see the site, but get error if they 
   try to log in.
 * Please help!

   that file.
