# Cannot move widget area

 * Hi,
    I installed the Spun theme and it seems like the widget area is in the footer
   of the page. I want the widgets to the right of the site instead of the bottom
   of the site. I have googled for hours now about how to move and also how to create
   new widget areas/sidebars.
 * I managed to create a new widget area/sidebar and I can put in widgets in it.
   So far it’s working. But the new widget area/sidebar is placed beside the other
   widget areas/sidebars at the bottom of the page.
 * I have tried everything, to change the CSS from bottom to right and added <div
   id=”right”><?php get_sidebar(); ?></div> in page.php, but no success.
 * How the *** do I move my widget areas/sidebars from bottom to the right?!
 * Yes I have read WordPress documentation about widgetizing themes, widgets api
   and more, but I still do not get it.
