    What i can do ? Other plugins work fine to activite, but this not work.

 * Same here (on Debian Linux with WP 3.2.1 (latest):
 *     ```
       Plugin could not be activated because it triggered a fatal error.
   
       Fatal error: Cannot redeclare wp_cache_add() (previously declared in /var/www/blog.xxx.com/wp-includes/cache.php:24) in /var/www/blog.xxx.com/wp-content/plugins/memcached/object-cache.php on line 17
       ```
