# Cannot register

 * No matter what my client does, he cannot register and use this plugin. He keeps
   getting:
 * Ouch! Registration failed, please try with a different username.
 * Doesn’t matter what username he picks.
 * Please help. I recommended this plugin to him based on its description and now
   I feel like an idiot.
