# Cannot render since 2 days

 * Got a problem since 2 days ago
    I cannot get render image with message:
 *     ```
       *** Error message:
       Cannot download image from QuickLaTeX server: cURL error 28: Resolving timed out after 5000 milliseconds
       Please make sure your server/PHP settings allow HTTP requests to external resources ("allow_url_fopen", etc.)

 * Hi, thanks for your respond.
 * I tried to give some times,
    meanwhile I tried googling, try several method to
   fix my site and contact my hosting too, maybe the problem is on me.
 * It still difficult to get the image in 1 time.
    I have to do (update, preview,
   view) several times, 3 – 8 times, to get the image rendered.
 * Is there anything I can do to make this perfect like before?
 * Is it related to wordpress update? Since I update to the latest wordpress recently.
 * Appreciate your guidance to this problem.

 * I think there is some issue with your hosting (maybe). Slow, weak resources?

 * It could be.
    Still working on this with my hosting, they are trying to solve
   the problem too.
 * Curl error 28 is shown in site health too, to the plugin wp_mail_smtp and yoast
   seo.
 * I will be update when I find the way to solve it.
