# Cannot replace ZIP folder

 * Hi,
 * I have been trying to replace an old zip folder with an updated version however
   it is not working. I go through the steps to replace the file (the same as I 
   would a PDF or JPEG etc), and after completing the replace media process I receive
   a message saying “File successfully replaced”. When I try to download the ZIP
   folder however, it still has the older content. I have tried clearing the cache,
   changing the name of the new ZIP folder to replicate the older version yet it
   still doesn’t work. I have tried at least 10 – 15 times and it still does not
   work. I also tried leaving it for 24 hours then downloading the ZIP but still
   it had the old content. How can I replace the ZIP folder content?

 * Just to be 100% sure, have you read this article and tried all possibilities?
   In 99% of the cases, this is just a cache issue. 🙂
