# Cannot reset password – captcha error

 * Hi,
   My website has issues allowing users to reset their passwords.I click on 
   it, and get an error [https://riaglo.com/log-in/?errors=invalid_captcha&action=reset_pass](https://riaglo.com/log-in/?errors=invalid_captcha&action=reset_pass)
   That is if I use incognito. And I have even excluded that page from caching and
   any JS optimisation will not have recaptcha.Now on the normal browser, it won’t
   even do anything, the page simply refreshes, no password sent

 * the error was actually caused by another plugin using recaptcha, DEFENDER. Solved

 * I’m glad to hear you solved this issue. I recommend reaching out to the authors/
   developers of Defender plugin to include their captcha on the Paid Memberships
   Pro log in page.
