# Cannot reset “PDF viewer” setting

 * I’d like to have pdf’s downloaded immediately but disabling the “PDF viewer” 
   setting has no effect. (In another website it works OK.)
    So I reinstalled the
   plugin but without success. I noticed that the settings were preserved. So I 
   tried to delete the preferences but have not found a way to do that. I have the
   impression that they are “serialized” (checking option.php). Is it possible to
   completely reset the plugin including the settings?

 * Hi mate you can reset the setting, but how the PDF is handled once it is off 
   is down to WooCommerce settings. If you have redirect only set as your woo download
   method, it will open and not download, because that’s how some browsers work.
 * Change the download method to force or the other one, instead of redirect only.
