• Hi,

    I have installed the free version and I have the portal on in Stripe Dashboard.

    However I am unable to find client emails in the system. Every check fails.

    Any ideas what I may have missed?

    Hi. Most likely your clients have multiple accounts with the same email. If so, the Lite version of the plugin does not support that. Other possible reasons are: conflicts with other stripe plugins or wrong stripe keys (live vs test).
