# Cannot Retrieve URL

 * Hi,
 * I have installed the free version and I have the portal on in Stripe Dashboard.
 * However I am unable to find client emails in the system. Every check fails.
 * Any ideas what I may have missed?

 * Hi. Most likely your clients have multiple accounts with the same email. If so,
   the Lite version of the plugin does not support that. Other possible reasons 
   are: conflicts with other stripe plugins or wrong stripe keys (live vs test).
