No, i just have deactivated redirection plugin and the problem gone.NF must be conflict with it.

1. Rename the file to “wp-db.php”.
2. Upload it into your WordPress root folder.
3. Go to http://YOUR WEBSITE/wp-db.php
4. Delete it afterwards.
It will give more details about the error.

Thanks for your response. I tried your recommended approach and the script was showing a problem with the wp-config.php file.
After performing a fresh install of website, the file was recovered and the plugin is now enabled. It looks like the previous wp-config.php file was somehow damaged.
