# Cannot run a scan

 * Hi,
 * No matter what I do the scan will not complete, I’ve tried all of the solutions
   offered on the support docs and it freezes around 10mins in and does not complete

 * As you’ve already tried the supporting documentation for scans, it may assist
   us in this case to see a report from the **Wordfence > Tools > Diagnostics** 
   menu. You can send that to us at **wftest @ wordfence . com**. Click on **“Send
   Report by Email”**. Please add your forum username where indicated and _**respond
   here after you have sent it**._
