# Cannot save settings

 * Hi,
 * I’m trying to turn on the setting ‘Manually insert the Simple Author Box’ but
   when I press Save Changes and the page reloads, it comes back as off.
 * Any tip?
 * I already disabled and reenabled the plugin.
 * For full context: I developed the site in a development server and then moved
   it to this location. On the dev server I was able to make changes and save it.

    This is really strange. Haven’t had any similar reports 🙁 Do other settings
   get properly saved?

 * Hi, feel free to close this topic. I don’t know if I was seeing a cached version
   of the page or what happened, but it seems to have fixed itself. Apologies for
