# Cannot search in Knowledgebase

 * Hi,
 * I have installed our plugin. Now in the knowlegebase, if I input something in
   the search box, such as the title of an article “how to order the full version
   of a product”, nothing happens.

 * Do you have any caching plugins enabled on your website? If so, please clean/
   purge the cache from your caching plugin and try again.

 * Thank you. I have two levels of cache:
 * 1. WP Rocket Cache plugin
    2. Cloudflare CDN Cache.
 * After disabling WP Rocket, the issue is solved. However, WP Rocket is a very 
   popular cache plugin and I cannot disable it for ever just because this. So, 
   is there any incompatibility between your plugin and WP Rocket?

 * You can activate the WP Rocket plugin as well.
 * Just make sure to clean/purge the cache from the WP-Rocket plugin. Since we’ve
   updated our JS file in the latest update hence you needed to purge the cache 
   from WP-Rocket plugin to resolve this.
