Hi!
If I click on any attachment of any email I got an error message which says:
“Forbidden
You don’t have permission to access /wp-content/uploads/wpo_wcpdf/attachments/file_name.pdf on this server.
Apache/2.4.29 (Ubuntu) Server at shop.loison.com Port 443”

Is it a server side problem?

Hi @alemarengo84,

not all plugins provide public access to their assets. At least you know now what attachment was attached to the mail and then you can access it on the file system.

If you really want to access it via HTTP you could configure your webserver to authenticate users before permitting access.

But this is out of my scope.
