Cannot see author

    I’m evaluating your Facebook Feed WD product
    I created a Feed and displayed it with the shortcode on a page.
    I do not see the autor eventhrough I specified in the Feed View settings to “Show author”.

    Please advise.

    Hi,

    The cause of the issue is most probably conflict with the theme that you are using.

    Could you please try to change the theme of the webpage to see whether the issue may occur with some other theme too?

    If the issue will be solved could you please specify which particular theme are you using? We will try to fix the issue.
