Cannot see blocks in block manager

Hi. Since the last WP update to 6.9 I can no longer see any blocks or patterns at all in the Block Manager settings, I only see Categories. Blocks which have been set to hide are still hidden but I can’t alter this now. This is on a number of different sites, all using GeneratePress with a child theme, everything at the latest version.
