    Hi All!
    I cannot see any of the registered users
    I looked at advanced filters and it says:
    UserID =/ 0 ( line is on the =sign)

    But nothing is showing up. Ho can I fix that?

    Hi,
    Let me first make sure that I understand you correctly, you are on the “Live Traffic” page and you have selected “Show Advanced Filters”, is that right?

    If so, then you can choose “UserID” from the drop-down menu and enter any user ID you want in the text field beside this menu. (User IDs shouldn’t appear there automatically, you will have to enter the user ID you want to filter out)
