Cannot send to FB | ww.wp.xz.cn

When I set up and authorize everything via FB, everything looks functional. But when a post is to be sent to FB, nothing happens.
The logs say: 258890964457458 / feed / Error: unable to connect.
We tried re-authorization several times.
What with this?

If your website doesn’t have an SSL certificate(not https site) then please set
Enable SSL peer verification in remote requests to No

Thanks for the reply, but this didn’t help. It still does the same thing.

They wrote me on hosting that it will probably be a firewall:
You need to enable the URL or IP with which the plug-in is trying to communicate in the administration. Contact the plug-in publisher for the required URL or IP.
