# Cannot switch to V2 interface

 * I am just getting into manage a shopping site for my client.
 * The current version is Pro v.2.3.2, but it got a error message whenever I tried
   to switch to V2.
 * Anyone can help? Screenshot as below, thx in advance,

    Thanks for reaching out.
 * It seems like you have not downloaded the V2 version.
    Can you please follow 
   the steps below:
 * 1. Please de-activate and remove the existing Woo Discount Rules plugin (don’t
   worry, your rules and settings will be kept) 
    2. Please visit [https://www.flycart.org/my-downloads](https://www.flycart.org/my-downloads)
   and login to your account. 3. You will see two plugins: “Woo Discount Rules PRO(
   Legacy)” “Discount Rules 2.0 PRO”.   4. Download these TWO plugins.   5. And 
   install the TWO plugins and activate them  (Here is a guide as well: [https://docs.flycart.org/en/articles/3798255-installation-discount-rules-2-0](https://docs.flycart.org/en/articles/3798255-installation-discount-rules-2-0))
 * Now you should get the V2PRO features.

 * Would like to check is there any chance my client can retrieve the login from
   the license key? As the staff related has left already and the chance of getting
   the login information is slim, thanks~!
