Cannot take backup

    Hi there, when i am creating a backup and try to download the same,, the file shows infinity size whereas the file size is only 359MB (see the screenshot – i.is.cc/siQJYhv.jpg) and the file keeps on downloading..
    But when its 359MB done downloading.. its showing finished.. i have tried in multiple browsers but same issue
    How to fix this, please let me know..is there something related to plugin or server side.

    I have not seen this issue before.
    I am afraid I don’t have a clue as to what could be causing this.
    You can try to download the backup via FTP instead. The backup is located in wp-content/ai1wm-backups folder.
