 * I can’t unlock users who missed their grace period since the button/link shown
   on this page doesn’t appear at all: [https://www.wpwhitesecurity.com/support/kb/unlock-locked-wordpress-users-2fa/](https://www.wpwhitesecurity.com/support/kb/unlock-locked-wordpress-users-2fa/)
 * I’m using a multisite installation if that makes any difference?

 * Do you mean both the button on the profile page and the link in the user list
   are not showing up? If that is the case, are you sure the user account is locked?
   Can they try to log in and tell us what error they are getting?
