# Cannot unsubscribe from this Plugin

 * Hello
    I want to unsubscribe this Plugin. I did it on the support site by clicking“
   unsubscribe” and checked my account. There is no subscription marked.
 * Despite I receive all the mailstuff from this plugin and I cannot stop it.
 * Does anyboda have an idea how I can stop this mails?

 * Hi I think you’re talking about ‘subscribing’ to this forum? The plugin cannot
   control this and the plugin itself doesn’t send many emails except for when you
   request to receive your data. 1 email to give you access to the data and 1 confirmation
   once the request has been taken care of.
