# cannot unsubscribe

 * Hi,
 * Everything works well with the plugin but I cannot unsubscribe in the “change
   your preference” link in the email.
 * When clicking the link, I’m taken to this URL:
    [http://mybloghere.com/?unsubscribe=true&email=myemail@email.com](http://mybloghere.com/?unsubscribe=true&email=myemail@email.com)
 * but there is no confirmation, and my email still appears in the list of subscribers.
 * Any thoughts on the resolution?

 * Dear streettb:
 * I don’t think there is a issue with the plugin itself, unless someone else reports
   having the same problem. (it works on mine)
 * however, it can be to do with mysql user privilege, where is the db user you 
   are using doesn’t have permission to DELETE, or if there is some linux config
   issues, or even wordpress config.
 * Try using the admin control in the admin page, and see if you can manually remove
   the user from the list.

 * I’m having the same problem. Getting lots of angry emails now from people who
   can’t unsubscribe.
