# Cannot Update

 * I paid for the pro version of this plugin several months ago, but I cannot access
   the updates.
 * I have sent 2 emails to your website support contact us page, and I have received
   no response.
 * I have also tried accessing your site with EVERY email address I own and your
   site says that none of them are registered.

 * Sorry, it’s not allowed to provide support for paid plugins on this forum.
 * (For the record, I saw the email and sent a response about 5 days ago. Chances
   are, it ended up in the “spam” folder. Outlook.com has a rather aggressive spam
   filter.)
