# Cannot update php.ini settings

 * I’m not getting any vacant listings to appear on my page. I am also unable to
   update php.ini at the server level. My host does not allow it.

 * The plugin needs “allow_url_fopen” in the php ini file. There is no workaround
   for that.
 * But I think it’s working on your website else you will see an error that the 
   allow_url_fopen is not enabled.
 * Can you tell me what URL you are using under the plugin’s settings ?

 * Your listings are not publicly available. If you visit this URL – [https://bhxpm.managebuilding.com/Resident/public/rentals](https://bhxpm.managebuilding.com/Resident/public/rentals)
   the listings are not showing but it asks for login.
 * Please check settings from your Buildium account and make sure that the above
   URL shows listings. Only then the plugin can fetch listings.
