# Cannot update plugins wordpress 3.5.1

 * I have 5 plugins that are installed but none are currently activated. I tried
   to install a new one today and was not able to, and then I did some testing and
   found I am unable to update any plugins, either. I get various errors. I’ve searched
   the issue and found a few threads on that related to wordpress 3.5. but I am 
   running 3.5.1
 * I am on a windows server, IIS6
 * Examples:
    trying to update W3 Total Cache, I get the following error: — Warning:
   touch() [function.touch]: Utime failed: Result too large in E:\USERS\*\www\*\
   blog\wp-admin\includes\file.php on line 179
 * Unpacking the update…
 * The package could not be installed. PCLZIP_ERR_MISSING_FILE (-4) : Missing archive
   file ‘C:\WINDOWS\TEMP/w3-total-cache.tmp’
    — Trying to update Any Mobile Theme
   Switcher I get this error: — Notice: add_contextual_help is deprecated since 
   version 3.3! Use get_current_screen()->add_help_tab() instead. in E:\USERS\*\
   www\*\blog\wp-includes\functions.php on line 2839 — Trying to install Theme Check,
   I get this error: — Warning: touch() [function.touch]: Utime failed: Result too
   large in E:\USERS\*\www\*\blog\wp-admin\includes\file.php on line 179
 * Unpacking the package…

 * Return to Plugin Installer
    — Wordpress is also running really slowly.
