Cannot update PowerPress plugin

I’ve been having a ton of issue suddenly with my site. It appears to be a CPU and memory issue but there’s no indication that that is a problem in cPanel. The Powerpress player no longer works and is requiring an update but it’s showing two plugins.

One is the Blubrry PowerPress plugin and the other that needs updating is the PowerPress Network plugin. I’ve never seen that before but that’s the one that needs updating. When I update it it indicates it’s fine but when you refresh – it’s asking for me to update it again.

Much to my dismay, I restored my site to when it was working on the 17th. After, I had 10 plugins needing updating and they all updated except the PowerPress Network plugin and all the other issues persist. I’m thinking this may be the entire issue I’m experiencing with the site but I can’t be certain. I just know that I cannot update PowerPress and it’s no longer working for some strange reason.
