Hello,

Please, Is there anyone who knows how to solve it? We need to make the site updated.

Permissions issues.
You would need to go through this doc to resolve:

Changing File Permissions

However, I would disable your WordFence plugin first, then try to update.
It would simply be a WordFence setting that is locking down your site with more ‘security’.

Thank you so much for your response. I already tried to deactivate the Wordfence plugin and update WordPress, but still doesn’t work.
