Cannot upload new Theme

    Okay, I have been trying for 3 straight days trying to upload my new theme and I can’t do it! I have read all about these ftps and stuff like that but i still can’t do it. I really need help! I am willing to give all my internal information to get help. I paid $75 to use a site to get themes and it would be a total waste if i couldn’t do it. Please Someone Help Me!

    It’s called Attache. I downloaded it from Press75.com

    So have you asked them for help? They say they offer support for their themes.

    Are you able to install other themes?

    yea, I sent an email 2 days ago but haven’t gotten a reply back yet. Well i downloaded a few other themes and they won’t upload either. They offer many ways to upload the themes but none of them have taken

    We don’t support commercial themes here, so if it’s an issue with their themes, unfortunately we cannot help you with that.

    BUT, let’s see if you can install other themes. Try downloading a theme from here – try this one:

    http://ww.wp.xz.cn/themes/responsive

    Download it to your local computer and then follow the instructions here – using FTP or Cpanel:
