Cannot Upload Plugin

Hey everyone,

I am a novice at word-press to say the least.

Anyways, I downloaded the files to a plugin I want (something to upload pictures so I can have a photo in my post), but cannot figure out how to upload the files to wordpress. Every help section I read says “upload to wordpress plugins folder”, but I cannot figure otu how to do that. Could someone please point me in the right direction?
