Cannot upolad file

Actually, everything goes well, file is said to be uploaded, icon as well, other settings were marked and then after I hit “Save” site reloads and… no video is added. I tried it many times over few months. I hoped that every update will fix this but nothing happened. I also checked support pages (link: https://www.apptha.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=27&t=1917&p=6277#p6277) and found some info about that problem but still cannot fix it. In short, no table to any video is being added to database. Plugin doesn’t work at all.
Maybe it’s a server problem (it’s very slow) but nevertheless info says “file uploaded successfully” and “video added successfully” and yet nothing happens. Nothing I do or try helps. So far couldn’t add any video.
