# Cannot use Optimole Cloud only

 * Hi,
 * I’m getting a message: An unexpected error occurred while offloading all existing
   images from your site to Optimole
   You can try again to offload the rest of the
   images to Optimole.
 * I keep trying. I keep trying. I keep getting the same message. I have uninstalled
   many images but the result is the same. It doesn’t work.
 * I’m trying it on a test site first, to see if loading images via CDN will be 
   faster. I can’t test it. Any ideas? Regards George

 * If the issue persists, it can be due to a plugin conflict, so I would recommend
   you to disable all plugins and switch to a default WordPress theme, and see if
   the problem is solved. You can safely do that using [Health Check](https://wordpress.org/plugins/health-check/)
   plugin’s troubleshoot mode, so the changes won’t be visible to your website visitors.
