Title: cannot use updraftplus backup Last modified: August 20, 2016 --- # cannot use updraftplus backup * Resolved [meitav](https://wordpress.org/support/users/meitav/) * (@meitav) * [13 years, 4 months ago](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/cannot-use-updraftplus-backup/) * hello david; my name is Meitav Oz, I have a Worspress website that I’m trying to backup using your updraftplus backup plugin. and it seems that i’m having some problems. 1. every time that i press the backup now button it asks me to wait 10 Sec’ and then upload page from my site. i do this but nothing happens, it doesn’t seems that anything is backing up. 2. I tried follow up the instructions how to use google drive as my backup directory but after submitting the authenticate your google drive button i get this ERROR: Bad response! message.
