Cannot use/authenticate Twitter

    Hey, hope you can help. I’ve been using Tweet Old Post for a while now, but since the upgrade it just won’t work right. Authenticating my Twitter account is impossible as the page goes grey and the wait wheel appears, and this is all that happens.

    I have managed to authenticate Facebook, and this works, but Twitter is very important to my strategy.

    I’ve attempted to downgrade to the old version, but this won’t tweet at all now.

    I’ve checked wp-cron is true and added define(‘ALTERNATE_WP_CRON’, true); to wp-config

    Server is running PHP 5.5.9

    Hope someone can help!

    Astonished that no one has responded to this query.

    Also, I sincerely hope no one considers this “bumping”. I’ve been awaiting a fix, never mind a response, for a month. A wait without acknowledgment of this sort is unacceptable.

    As a writer with expertise in blogging, I’ve recommended this plugin online and offline (in a WordPress bookazine in the UK) so not only am I frustrated by the lack of a response, I’m pretty annoyed that anyone who followed my advice is also likely to be frustrated.

    This is, simply, not good enough.
